Equipment Repair Policy at WVHS

Our workshop is intended for use by our Directors and members for repairing, maintaining, and restoring of electronic equipment owned the individual or by the West Valley Electronics Club. (the "Shack")

We will not accept requests to make repairs from members or non-members on their equipment FOR THEM.

We may offer expertise and knowledge to members attempting to make their own repairs to their equipment

All member projects undertaken but unfinished at the close of the shack hours must be removed from our premises.

DONATIONS of equipment are appreciated, of course. Our limited staff of technicians will be directed entirely towards the repair of the donations we receive.

August Presidents Newsletter

August brings us closer to the end of summer and the monsoon will hopefully bring us some much-needed rain. School is starting and our snowbirds are beginning to start their journey back to the valley of the sun.

We are open by appointment only this month as many of our Directors (who are also monitors) are on vacation or have family and friends in town for a visit. I made the decision to give our Directors a break for the month. You can call Dick at 623-414-7514 and he will make arrangements for you to come to the Shack. We will definitely still be having VE testing August 16th at 0900.

We will be back on normal hours September 1st and are planning more classes and activities as we start the last quarter of 2025.
