"Shack Shot" feature photos

Introducing "Shack Shot" - photos of your shack and equipment on line for your friends and contacts to see.

Our next visitor to the HAM SHACK is Chris KR1SS. He seldom gets on the air (about once a year he claims) but is fond of going on DXpeditions when he is QRV. His favorite mode is AERONAUTICAL mobile, and his wide band antenna is actually an array of 9 dipoles, with each dipole having curious bends . It seems to work for him, it's almost magical how he gets out!
I wonder if he'll be operational from some remote global location soon?

We will feature a new SHACK photo 3 times a month, or so.
Send us an email expressing your willingness, and we will dispatch a photographer. You may use the photo yourself for a vanity QSL card, calendar, etc.

A group of hams met at the shack to sort Hundreds of DX QSL cards recently. Nearly every nation on earth was represented in the selection, spanning 75 years.
A few more cards need sorting. Interested in helping with the final group? Let us know.

Some rare and valuable cards were in the mix!
Examples include P5 card, JY1 card signed by King Hussein of Jordon, SY1 from Mount Athos, many DX-peditions, etc. A very fun trip down memory lane.
The 'Shack' is an easy club to join, and it absolutely expands your enjoyment of your membership in other clubs. We complement one another, never a competition!
