On Oct. 5, the WVHS members made a trip to the Tucson Autumn Hamfest to create awareness of the club. Gary K8BKB and Greg K7YDL made the early morning trip. There were plenty of conversations about our unique club, and made many referrals to our website . It was not surprising that we conversed with several hams who had previously visited the shack in person. What was particularly satisfying was aiding those involved in restoring old radios by offering them rare parts from our extensive inventory. The word is spreading steadily about our West Valley Ham Shack!
